Welcome! Here is where you can learn about all the exciting community of faith activities that take place at Chalmers-Wesley.

Regular Sunday WORSHIP SERVICES are held at 11:15 a.m. If unable to attend in person, you can join us via Zoom. To get the Zoom link information, send a message to the church office at mail@chalmerswesley.org or call 418-692-2640.  

Sunday school: Age-appropriate lessons and activities for young children are led by our designated Sunday School Teacher in the Lower Hall on Sundays during the church service.

During the year we also have fun monthly evening events such as Trivia Quiz Nights and Classic Movie Nights to which all members of the local community are invited. They are normally held on the last Friday of each month, from January to June and September to November.

Our next Classic Movie Night was supposed to take place on March 22 but had to be cancelled due to a rental for a FREE concert.  If you'd care to attend, here are the details:

Friday, March 22 at 7 p.m. – Professors of the Conservatoire de musique de Québec and guests give a free recital at Chalmers-Wesley United Church. Come and hear Dominique Gagnon (organ), Catherine Dallaire (violin), Julie Bellavance (saxophone soprano), Marie-Claude Binet (saxophone alto), Benoît Plourde (saxophone tenor), Alain Couët (saxophone baritone) and Josée April (organ). On the program are works by Muffat, Sweelinck, Bach, Brahms, Bédard and Vierne. Note that the 2 p.m. rehearsal is also free and open to the public.

taking place in the lower hall of the church on Friday, January 26, at 7:00 p.m. (doors open at 6:30 p.m.) This month's movie is the 1959 American spy thriller North by Northwest, starring Cary Grant, Eva Marie Saint and James Mason, produced and directed by Alfred Hitchcock.
